• Keeping the identity of our guests' private is extremely important to us, due to the unique concept of our resort. For this reason, we ask that you refrain from taking photos/video around the sexy pool, as well as stipulated theme nights, due to spicy content. Feel free to enjoy doing so in all other areas of our spectacular resort. Be sure and capture your favorite Temptation Cancun Resort moments at designated photo hotspots around the property.

• Please refrain from sexual activity in all public areas.

• Please treat all guests with utmost respect, and remember the Golden Rule: 'NO' means 'NO'.

• Balance is important, some like to rest while others party, after midnight your fellow guests would appreciate it if noise levels are kept to a minimum.

• We have created an open-minded ambiance at Temptation; however, drug use will not be tolerated.

• Temptation takes great pride in providing you with a safe environment in which to enjoy your vacation. However, it is a firm company policy that all staff members are strictly forbidden from interacting intimately or drinking with guests, doing so will result in their immediate dismissal.

• The Resort is not responsible for lost items left outside of the safety deposit box located in your room.

Reservations for the “Palapa Beds” are available at an extra charge. If belongings are found on the beds or beach chairs without a reservation, they will be taken to the Front Desk and stored in our Lost & Found.

Yes, it is O.K. to be au naturel in the clothing-optional areas of the hotel (pools, beach, Jacuzzi Lounge, and Playroom),; however, the disco, restaurants, and other public areas are not clothing optional.

The Playroom and the Jacuzzi Lounge are for couples only. We encourage you to enjoy these spaces, always respecting the others present. this item.

Having intimacy is permitted only in the Jacuzzi Lounge and the Playroom, but it is strictly prohibited in the public areas.

You are only allowed to take photos in the privacy of your room.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out is at 11:00 a.m. Should you require a late check-out, please request at the front desk or with your butler.

There is  wireless internet in the lobby, rooms and pool with no extra charge.
