Pack a covered Tumbler or Yeti mug for the pool. Keeps it cold & prevents pool water from getting in your drink!
Mini Suction Cups to hang wet bathing suits
Bathroom lighting is dim & not ideal for the ladies.
Packing your theme night outfits & labeling the bags, makes for easy reference/changing after dinner.
I hate to iron 😜 so I bring a travel steamer
Bring the patio chair inside to use as a vanity chair & in the shower for shaving

Bring more than one pair of flip flops/pool shoes. They can obviously break being around a wet environment & sometimes can be picked up by someone at the pool by mistake.
Chatting over the music & crowd typically puts a strain on your voice. Chloraseptic Lozenges - one before bed helps prevent that.
Depending on your room location, noise can be factor. If you’re a light sleeper - bring a noise/sound machine with you
These hanging organizers are great for swimsuits & coverups… or your makeup & toiletries
For a little room ambiance, these disposable flameless candles are great!

Towel Clips for your pool chairs
I also like to travel with a mini C/O detector for the room
Bring aqua socks if you plan to enjoy the non motorized water sports
Bring a few washcloths from home. The resort frowns upon the linens being heavily stained with makeup or glow paint & may even charge you a few dollars for the “damaged” items.
Utilize the resort’s express check-in feature two weeks prior to arrival for any requests.
If you’re celebrating a special occasion, you can contact Concierge ahead of time to make any arrangements.

For the newbies … don’t be shy or intimidated. There are all shapes, sizes, ages, backgrounds, etc. Go topless …. don’t go topless. No one really cares. Just do you & enjoy your vacation! Most importantly, everyone is there to be social & make new friends! Don’t hesitate to strike up a conversation or share a cocktail with the people nearby.
For those that visit often… remember to welcome & include the newbies, as we were once in their flops 😉 Show them the ropes & introduce them to other guests that you may know.
Friends you meet at the resort become friends for life! As the saying goes - “Welcome to the addiction!”
