Payment/Deposit: 40% deposit required to secure your reservation. Remaining balance of 60% due 45 days prior to arrival.

ROOM CANCELLATION POLICY

Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival.
From January 2 to March 31: cancellations made between 29 days and 1 day prior to arrival will incur a 2-night penalty; there is no refund in case of no show or early departure.
You can purchase optional trip insurance (quoted upon request).

When you're ready to book, we will send you a link to provide your payment information (PLAY-CATIONS BOOKING FORM). All reservations & deposits are processed directly with the resort.

Once we receive your completed booking form, we will create your Stay & Play account. Stay & Play is the resort’s complimentary loyalty program (this will provide online access to your reservation…as well as the extra perks/discounts during your stay).

You’ll receive an introductory email from the resort requesting validation of your email/account for the Stay & Play Club. Once you validate your email, Play-Cations will process your reservation request & deposit. You will receive a reservation confirmation from Play-Cations, as well as the same confirmation directly from the resort.

Details: Reservation includes full VIP Member perks, as well as the Mason perks. NO sales presentation required.

Payment/Deposit: Payment made directly to Play-Cations. 50% deposit required - balance due 90 days prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy/No Show/Early Departure/Refund

• You are allowed to make 2 changes to your reservation; from the third change, it will apply $80.00 USD fee each time.
• Please note that you are able to update/change rates no later than 7 days upon your arrival.
• Refund: No refund in case of cancellation, early check out, natural disaster, no shows, and delayed or cancelled flights.
• Cancellation: 1 nights penalty will be applied if reservation is cancelled or changed 15 days or less prior to the arrival date

• No Shows: 2 nights penalty will be charged and remaining balance will be available to future reservations.
• Early departures: 1 night penalty will be charged and remaining balance will be available to future reservations.

CANCUN ENVIRONMENTAL TAX

Since December 2019, Temptation Cancun Resort has implemented the collection of an Environmental Sanitation Tax issued by the local government to preserve their ecosystems. The current EST is $73 MXN per night/per room. This environmental tax is in addition to your room rate & will be charged to all guests at check-out.
