You will find multiple booking options below.  Choose the right option for you!  The Play-Cations S&P Affiliate Rate does not require the sales presentation.  However, booking via Referral will require your attendance of the 90 minute Premier sales presentation for the rate discount and extra VIP perks.  You can find all the specifics detailed below each booking option.  

When booking via the Affiliate method, you'll receive Free Round Trip Transfer on stays 6 nights or more (offer ends September 30th).

Cancellation Policy/No Show/Early Departure/Refund

Payment/Deposit:  Deposit will consist of your roundtrip airfare + one night room rate + 6% of the total room rate.  Balance due 14 days prior to check-in.  If you purchase the optional trip insurance, it will be due at the time of booking.

Resort Cancellation Policy/No Show/Early Departure/Refund

• Cancellations within 72 hours and No Shows will incur in One (1) Night Penalty 
• EARLY CHECK OUTS: Unused nights are non refundable.

Flight Cancellation Policy

• Due to airline policies, airline tickets are considered non-refundable and non-transferable. No refund will be given for cancelled flights, however, most airlines may provide a voucher for future travel within one year from purchase date. Penalties will apply at the time of reissue, payable to the airline.

Details:  Black wristband with full VIP Member perks.  NO sales presentation required.  

Payment/Deposit:  Payment made directly to Play-Cations.  50% deposit required - balance due 90 days prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy/No Show/Early Departure/Refund

• You are allowed to make 2 changes to your reservation; from the third change, it will apply $80.00 USD fee each time.
• Please note that you are able to update/change rates no later than 7 days upon your arrival.
• Refund: No refund in case of cancellation, early check out, natural disaster, no shows, and delayed or cancelled flights.
• Cancellation: 1 nights penalty will be applied if reservation is cancelled or changed 15 days or less prior to the arrival date

• No Shows: 2 nights penalty will be charged and remaining balance will be available to future reservations.
• Early departures: 1 night penalty will be charged and remaining balance will be available to future reservations.

•Any credited balance will be available to use for future reservations

Details:  25% discount off the public rate.  Gold wristband with partial VIP Member Perks, in exchange for attending the Premier 90 minute Premier sales presentation.
